The story behind the
romyteers of ROMYNOX
In the early years of ROMYNOX, the company grew from a small, dedicated group of employees who not only worked together but also formed a strong bond. They called themselves the ROMYTEERS, inspired by the musketeers and their motto: "One for all, all for one".
The title ROMYTEER became a symbol of dedication and teamwork. New employees started as team members and went through an onboarding period where they learned the core values of ROMYNOX. After this period, they were officially inducted during a special ceremony, where they took the ROMYTEER pledge, committing themselves to the team spirit and collaboration that define ROMYNOX.
What began as a ritual evolved into a tradition that strengthened the bond between team members. Concepts like Romy-meeting,
Romy-café, and Romy-flex became integral parts of the company culture. In this way, the title ROMYTEER became a lasting symbol of team spirit and dedication within ROMYNOX.
