We are looking for a new colleague! ROMYNOX is an international supplier of components and systems for the (bio)pharmaceutical industry. Currently, we are a team of 25 people. Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking a financial employee (level 4) for 32 to 40 hours per week. Do you get energized by creating value and helping colleagues? What will you be doing at ROMYNOX?

  • Processing all incoming and outgoing invoices for multiple companies for which we manage the administration.
  • General ledger accounting.
  • Preparing and internally discussing periodic interim figures with the finance manager according to a fixed cycle.
  • Preparing and submitting various tax returns.
  • Preparing the annual file for the accountant.
  • Further optimizing the digital processing of invoicing as well as managing accounts payable and receivable.

Your workweek will look like this:

Most of your time will be spent correctly processing all financial transactions, purchase and sales invoices, expense invoices, and inventory adjustments. Through your initiatives and proposed improvements, which you will be well-supported in, the daily administrative tasks will be further automated. Additionally, there are exciting challenges ahead, including setting up various administrations for new activities and periodic reporting. All with one goal: a smoothly running, up-to-date financial administration.

Job requirements:

  • Proven knowledge and/or education at a minimum of MBO level 4.
  • Good command of the Dutch language, and proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Cash software or the ability to quickly learn our ERP system and Excel. Additionally, it’s a plus if you are comfortable with SharePoint and using multiple software solutions for CRM, project management, warehouse management, and document management to access necessary information.
  • You are very precise and work in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Experience with accounting, preferably with some experience in accountancy. Experience in a trading organization is a plus.

What we offer

  • We offer you an initial six-month contract for 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on your experience and preferences. If both parties are satisfied, this temporary contract will be converted into a permanent one. If you wish to work less than 32 hours, we can discuss this at the start, and the responsibilities will be adjusted accordingly.
  • The salary for this position ranges from €3,500 to €4,500 gross per month based on 40 hours (depending on education and work experience).
  • Workdays are flexible, and partial remote work is possible. We will provide a fully equipped home office if needed, suitable for the role.
  • A pension scheme fully funded by the employer, with the option to make additional contributions.
  • You will receive an annual profit share based on company results.
    You will have 25 vacation days for a full-time position or pro-rated for part-time.
  • If you drive an electric vehicle (car, bike, scooter), you can charge it for free in our parking lot, without losing your travel allowance.
    Our location is easily accessible by public transport, right next to Nootdorp metro station.
