We are looking for a new colleague! ROMYNOX is an international supplier of components and systems for the (bio)pharmaceutical industry. Currently, we have a team of 25 people. Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking an inside sales engineer with technical knowledge (32 to 40 hours per week). Do you get energized by creating value and helping customers? What will you be doing at ROMYNOX?

  • You will broaden your knowledge of our customers’ processes and needs and contribute your own experience so that ROMYNOX can add value and assist our customers as effectively as possible.
  • You will proactively maintain contact with customers regarding the use of our products and services.
  • You will assist customers with inquiries via phone and email, providing advice, thinking along with them, and ensuring they have a hassle-free experience. You will always consider their wishes, requirements, and possibilities.
  • You will play an active role in maintaining relationships with our suppliers and contribute to improving the products and services provided.

Your workweek will look like this:

You will primarily focus on handling customer inquiries and maintaining contact with them. You will play an active role in maintaining relationships with our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service. You will assist your sales colleagues as needed and work as a team to add value for our customers. You will also maintain contact with our suppliers and ensure that quotes and orders are processed smoothly, preventing any surprises.

Job requirements:

  • A completed technical MBO study or an equivalent education.
  • Due to your knowledge and experience, you work and think at the HBO level.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant technical-commercial environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
  • Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Driven to go the extra mile and make a difference in our market.

What we offer

  • We offer you an initial one-year contract for 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on your experience and preferences. If both parties are satisfied, this temporary contract will be converted into a permanent one. Should you wish to work less than 32 hours, this is open for discussion.
  • The salary for this position ranges from €3,000 to €4,400 gross per month based on 40 hours (depending on education and work experience).
  • Workdays are flexible, and partial remote work is possible, though we require a minimum of 60% of your time to be spent in the office. More time in the office is preferred. We provide, if necessary, a fully equipped home office suitable for your role.
  • A modern, flexible pension scheme, fully funded by the employer.
  • You will receive an annual profit share based on company results.
